For a faster reply, include your Chrome version, operating system, SandStill version, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or private browsing information.
Quick help
- Sound: Open Sound in the studio, enable the desired layers, then use Overall volume and Rolling sound level to balance them. Chrome requires a click before audio can start.
- Patterns: Open Patterns, choose a collection or search by name, then select a sketch to draw it.
- Fullscreen: SandStill opens a separate window inside desktop Chrome. Use Exit or Escape to close the saver. It does not replace the operating system's lock screen.
- Automatic mode: Enable it in Settings only if you want Chrome to use its optional idle permission. Manual fullscreen launch works without that permission.
- Reset: Settings → Reset preferences clears local preferences and favorites.
